Ingredients:
Roman noodles, 1 block per person (discard the seasoning packet)
Bone broth (chicken or beef) enough to cover noodles
Honey
Garlic powder
Ground ginger
Red pepper flakes
1 egg

I know, I know, my measurements are vague or non existent. This recipe has lots of room for customization so you can cater to your family's taste. However, the process remains the same.
Instructions:
Place blocks of noodles into a pan. Pour enough bone broth over them to ensure they are wet and nearly covered. Add the rest of your seasoning, except the egg, and bring to a boil.
Once the broth mixture is boiling, stir your noodles around and make sure they are separated. Continue cooking over medium/low heat until the noodles reach your desired texture.
In the meantime, crack your egg into a bowl and scramble it. Once the noodles are to your liking, pour the egg into the broth while stirring, as you would for egg drop soup. The egg will cook almost instantly. Remove from heat and serve.
